Introducing our newest team member Dr Tony Bansil

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest team member Dr Tony Bansil. Tony was born in London and qualified as a Dentist from University College Hospital, London, in 1990.

In 2002, he studied at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital and gained a Licentiate of the Faculty of Homeopathy.

After a year of working in a busy National Health Service practice in central London, he spent 18 months travelling through the Middle East, Asia and the Far East, eventually arriving in Australia, where he worked in Perth, Cairns and at Ballina Base Hospital.

In 1993 Tony returned to London and enjoyed a wide and varied career, ranging from working in High Security Prisons to owning a practice in the financial district of London, gaining a wealth of experience helping a full range of patients.

Regardless of status or class, he always strives to provide gentle, caring and high-quality dentistry.

He developed an interest in Root Canal Therapy, and is also experienced in Cosmetic and Complex Restorative Dentistry, having transformed the smiles of hundreds of happy clients using simple minimally invasive methods, and also with more complex procedures such as crown and bridgework, and porcelain veneers.

Tony became an Australian resident in 2009, and returned to Australia in 2015, working in Brunswick Heads NSW where his gentle touch and eye for detail made him popular with nervous Patients. During his 5 years stay there, he was awarded the Brunswick Heads Community Customer Service Award.

He is happily married and devotes all of his spare time and energy to his 13 year old Daughter, 8 year old Son and their little puppy. He enjoys cookery and photography but also keeps an eye on his beloved West Ham United football club.
